CPM Schedules

Ardent-Trac-wheel-part2.jpgArdent employs Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling on all schedule critical and large scale projects, such as, the development of multiple wells across a wide footprint. CPM schedules are generally developed by the project manager and/or superintendent with input and guidance from other discipline contractors, the client and Ardent management.

The CPM schedule consists of fifty to one hundred electrical and instrumentation schedule activities tied into a broader network of equipment delivery and civil or mechanical construction milestones. A well constructed CPM schedule is an invaluable tool on long term or mission critical projects. Ardent employs Primavera's software products to electronically schedule and maintain large-scale or schedule critical projects. Primavera's software products are the industry standard on large-scale and integrated scheduling projects (www.primavera.com). Ardent's dedicated team includes highly tenured project managers and engineers capable of developing and integrating Primavera schedules with other discipline contractors and client scheduling groups. Ardent's staff has used Primavera's P3 & P6 extensively. Ardent's project managers have been responsible for the electrical and instrumentation success on well over 8 million man-hours over the last ten years.
