Kelly Bankston

Corporate Human Resources Director

Kelly Bankston's Biography

Kelly Bankston joined Ardent in December of 2012 and has since begun various compliance and corporate Human Resources improvement initiatives. Prior to taking on her current role as Ardent's Corporate Human Resources Director, Kelly was a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator in South Louisiana for a reputable company which supported a total of about a thousand employees. She is now an integral part of Ardent's preparation for future growth and can be found striving for continual improvement and efficiency within the Human Resources Department. Kelly's experience in the areas of employee training, benefits, compliance, harassment, FMLA, ADA, policy development, procedure improvement and development makes her a key part of Ardent's management team.

Kelly graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with honors and holds both a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Management and Economics. She has also published several business articles located in the Journal of Applied Business Research, the Economic Reporter and on Bookstove.com. Kelly was previously involved in various honors and service organizations, which including initiatives focused on giving back to the surrounding community such as charities, donations and volunteering in the community.
