Albert Vallotton
President and Chief Executive Officer

Albert is Ardent’s co-founder and, prior to Ardent, he served as the manager of capital projects with SECO Industries, an industrial electrical contracting company.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana State University and is a master electrician and electrical contracting qualifying party in multiple states. 

James Heurtin
Chief Financial Officer

James leads finance and administration for both Ardent and Rabalais Construction. Previously, he served as chief financial officer for LEEVAC Shipbuilders and as vice president of financial reporting for Superior Energy Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Rhodes College, as well as a master’s of business administration and a master’s in taxation from the University of New Orleans.

Steve Jambon
Executive Vice President

Steve oversees Ardent’s regional operations and brings over 30 years of experience in the electrical and instrumentation industries. His past experience includes 21 years at SECO Industries, including roles as an electrician, estimator, project engineer, and project manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Holy Cross. 

Pat Malloy
Executive Vice President

Pat is Ardent’s co-founder and is responsible for overseeing the organization’s western region. Pat has over 35 years of experience in the electrical, instrumentation, and power line construction industries, including time with SECO Industries. He holds electrical trade licenses in various states.

Kevin Correjolles
Corporate Director of HSE 

Kevin oversees health, safety, and environment (HSE) and risk management at Ardent. He has over 20 years of experience as a safety professional and holds a degree in occupational safety and health from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) in both construction and general industry, as well as a long-time member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and the National Fire Protection Association.

Diane Boudreaux
Human Resources Director

Diane partners with our executive and operational teams and brings over 20 years of human resources in manufacturing experience, specializing in employee relations, continual improvement, and training. Prior to joining Ardent, Diane served as senior regional human resources manager, supporting eight marine manufacturing facilities. She attended the University of New Orleans, holds several training certifications, and has been a member of SHRM for over 15 years. 

Operations

Larry Smith
Vice President

Larry provides services to midstream market clients throughout the country. Prior to Ardent, Larry was employed with EIU for 15 years, and has over 30 years of experience in the midstream construction industry.
 

Wayne Meadows
District Manager

Wayne has 25 years of experience in OPS management and was an electrical and instrumentation (E&I) tech for eight years prior to joining Ardent. He has over 35 years of experience working in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and pulp industries.

Glen Riddle
Vice President - District Manager

Glen manages the midland region. Prior to Ardent, he served as a project manager for MMR and as vice president at Prideland Enterprises, LLC. Glen has worked in the electrical and instrumentation industry for over 27 years and has a degree in business management from the University of Texas Permian Basin. Additionally, he holds various industry certifications, including NCCER Certification, Electrical and Instrumentation with Associated Builders and Contractors, Certified Fiber Optics Technician Certificate from Blue Mountain Fiber, OSHA 10, SafeLand training, and H2S training.

Braulio Gonzalez
District Manager

Braulio is the district manager in our Houston market area, where he is responsible for managing operations, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and the implementation of safety standards and programs. He brings over 22 years of industry experience and has experience in various management levels for refineries, oil companies, offshore platforms, and industrial plants. Braulio is a licensed Texas journeyman electrician and has a number of certifications in our industry. 

Matthew Brosseau
Vice President

Prior to Ardent, Matt served as a field wireman in the United States Marine Corps.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of North Dakota and is a Master Electrician and Electrical Contracting Qualifying Party in multiple states.

Brian Baker
District Manager

Brian is responsible for managing operations, finances, resources, personnel, customer relations, fleet management, and sales. Prior to this role with Ardent, he was a project manager with MMR Constructors, a general foreman with Braun, and a project manager with Ardent. Offering more than 19 years of industry experience, Brian is a California-certified General Electrician and C-10 and C-46 contractor.

Mark Durr
Chief Estimator

Mark brings over 28 years of estimating and estimating management experience. He began his professional career at Davis International and continued with Merit. Mark has completed a four-year electrical and instrumentation program with the Pelican Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.
 

Michael Clayton
Manager, Automation Division

Michael assists eight division offices with sales and management of all aspects of controls system projects, including purchasing, design, shop fabrication, testing, quality control, commissioning, and invoicing. Prior to joining Ardent, he served as vice president of Automation USA, and he brings more than 28 years of electrical and instrumentation industry expertise. Michael completed his education at Louisiana State University and Cypress College and is trained in oil spill response management and CPR.
