System Design and Programming
Ardent offers design and programming services for pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems, as well as combination control systems.
These systems are either fabricated from our in-house design or customer-supplied specifications. When designing systems, Ardent incorporates all aspects of the facility and our customers’ requirements and preferences, while ensuring that it meets all quality control standards.
Our standard system project plan encompasses the following:
- Review of production drawings and customer meeting
- Development of “cause and effect” or SAFE chart
- Panel design using customer input and preferences
- CAD drafting
- Enclosure layout
- Material orders and enclosure manufacturing
- Shop fabrication
- Panel programming
- Full function testing of entire system
- Customer approval and FAT
- Documentation
Our fabrication facility is always open to our customers and their inspectors while a project is underway. We are ready and eager to assist you with your system design and programming needs.
